第三乐章，回旋曲。从乐曲的性质来看，虽然是回旋曲，可是从主题的呈示法来看，却是一种变相的奏鸣曲形式。是一首气氛轻快的乐曲。第一主题由主奏双簧管呈示，然后乐队全体重复，接着在双簧管与圆号引导之下，由双簧管呈示新的音形，紧跟着由小提琴呈示与第一主题的性质和调性都一样的第二主题。这部分尾声告一段落之后，由主奏双簧管为主调，自第一主题引出的变形进入中段。经双簧管华丽的快速音群，最后到达延长记号上。于是开始再现部，第一主题与呈示部的情形一样先由双簧管开始，接着乐队重复之后，便是第二主题，不过这一段改由主奏双簧管与弦乐器以对话的形式来重复主题，插入一段由双簧管担当的华丽而技巧化的快速音群，华彩之后，第一主题再度出现一次。接着动员全体乐队来演奏终结部，乐曲就此活泼地结束。
