第三乐章 很快的快板，D小调（最后转D大调），缺少发展部的奏鸣曲式。第一主题亦采用极快速度的上升音型，主奏钢琴呈示后，乐队予以反复扩大。主奏钢琴再奏D小调旋律形成经过部，终止于 F大调，接着转为F小调，第二主题登场，采用了三度小调。转回主调后直接进入再现部。再现部转换处主奏钢琴有即兴的小引子，乐队插入以快速上升动机为基础的动机表现，然后按原型再现，华彩乐段后转回主调而为尾奏。
