第四乐章《巴格达节庆等》，这个乐章描绘两个情景：一是巴格达节日的欢乐场景，二是巨浪涛天的大海。第一部分以狂欢性的舞蹈、快速节奏型的主题，表现了五光十色巴格达欢乐的节日气氛。节日气氛走向高潮时反复出现了与卡伦德王子主题相关的乐句：把斑斓多彩的节日场景表现得淋漓尽致，接着又出现公主主题，经过充分展开，达到欢腾高潮，突然乐曲情绪变化，出现了大海主题，在起伏不停的海波节奏型衬托下，长号、大号用力再现苏丹王主题：这两个主题交织发展，又再现了巴格达节日欢乐的气氛，达到狂热的高潮时，音乐突然停止，发出一声巨响，暗示着辛巴德的船撞到了岩石上，沉没在茫茫大海中。乐曲气势渐弱，小提琴奏出呜咽似的大海主题，辛巴德小船主题也再次浮现出来：仿佛是对辛巴德这位勇敢航海者的回忆。最后由小提琴独奏的舍赫拉查德主题出现，喻意故事讲完了，而苏丹王的主题也变得温和，被舍赫拉查德感化了。大海平静了，全曲在独奏小提琴缓慢的余音和木管乐器微弱的和弦中结束。
