第三乐章，作曲家终于出人意表地写了一个优美动听的慢板。在没有发生意外的情况下弦乐也尽了责，把乐曲带到了小提琴华彩的尾声。和其他华彩一样，独奏小提琴从小声及慢速开始，演奏逐渐加快，其间还有双音和炫耀技巧的演奏，可惜到了高音阶，演奏还是走调了，G弦又在紧要关头断掉，于是灰头灰脸的领奏小提琴只好硬着头皮以剩下的三条琴弦和着乐队，尽量让乐章有一个圆满的结束。
