Billie Marten（本名：Isabella Sophie Tweddle），歌手，音乐创作人。1999年5月27日出生于英国英格兰北约克郡（North Yorkshire）城市里彭（Ripon）。 12岁时，发布在YouTube上唱歌的视频获得众多人的喜爱，观看量超过10万次，因而开始崭露头角。2014年6月23日，发行首张EP Ribbon 。2015年11月13日，发行第二张EP As Long As 。2015年年末，入围BBC年度之声（BBC Sound of 2016）提名。2016年9月23日，正式发行首张个人专辑Writing of Blues and Yellows。
