Nemesea是来自荷兰 Groningen 的一支年轻的交响歌特乐队，2002年9月由Manda和Henrik在荷兰的Groningen的音乐学院组建，乐队为After Forever的客串演出是他们在观众面前的首次亮相。Manda出生于1980年11月 ，从小就受到了专业的音乐熏陶，她先是在当地的音乐学校里学习了7年的长笛，然后成功的通过了考试进入了Groningen音乐学院 。就在那时，她接触到了金属音乐，并成为了Anneke van Giersbergen（The Gathering) 的歌迷，这也引导她成为了今天Nemesea的主唱。2000年，她又通过了另一个Groningen音乐学院的考试，不过这次是以她优异的嗓音取得的再次成功，然后她遇到了Henrik ，另一个金属狂爱者，他们便在一起寻找其他成员然后组成了今天的Nemesea
