《花之圆舞曲》是柴可夫斯基创作的第三部舞剧《胡桃夹子》中的著名圆舞曲，是作为欢迎和歌颂善良勇敢的女孩子玛丽的热烈气氛达到高潮时演奏的。这首圆舞曲不仅是这部舞剧中的重要乐曲，而且在柴可夫斯基许多圆舞曲中也是最突出的一首，同时也是柴可夫斯基全部作品中的杰作之一。乐曲开头的序奏犹如全曲的模板，先由管乐器用重奏的方式唱出圆舞曲主要主题的变体，继之是柔和美丽的竖琴分解和弦的流水般的歌唱。管乐器开头的音调再现时，把主题前长后短的下行音调特点也呈示出来了。接着又是一大段竖琴柔和的跳动，柔美的琴声表现了这首圆舞曲的主要色调。
