第二幕：间奏曲用这一幕终场中的圆舞曲。侍女们帮助海伦选择参加宴会的服装，海伦选择了很朴素的礼服，她对丈夫墨涅拉俄斯已感厌倦，完全向往着帕里斯。她知道这一切乃维纳斯一手安排，唱咏叹调《女神，为什么拿我们家做你的试验》，帕里斯未经通报，直接闯入，海伦坚决拒绝他的爱。帕里斯告诉她，要她小心上当受骗。王宫里开始赌博游戏，国王们在赌博中发现卡尔恰斯有欺骗行为，他们在一首重唱曲中揭露他作弊。海伦祈求卡尔恰斯让她在梦中与帕里斯幽会，帕里斯乔装为奴隶上，把卡尔恰斯打发走，单独与海伦呆在一起。海伦醒来，把与帕里斯相会当成了梦，两人唱爱情二重唱《是呵，这是一场梦》。墨涅拉俄斯闯入，叫来隔壁正举行晚宴的国王们，责问他们，他不在家时，怎样维护他的荣誉。帕里斯唱了一首歌，海伦认为，按规矩丈夫出门，回家时需要先通报别人。阿伽门农认为应把帕里斯赶走，但帕里斯说，他走了也还要回来的。大家在圆舞曲中把他赶走。
