Parade Of The Wooden Soldiers-Various Artists
这支乐曲用三部曲式写成，C大调，2/4拍。前面有个短小的引子，描写玩具兵正以小喇叭和大、小军鼓为前导开始游行。里面加有木琴和木鱼声，那叮叮笃笃的音响更增加了儿童的爱好。第一部分是个单二部曲式，它有一个主题和一个副题，情调明朗活泼，虽然它们的曲调很简单，但是由于作曲家运用了一些适合儿童欣赏的配器方法，使乐曲在音色变化上有新奇感。第一段奏完之后，大鼓“通”的一声，低音号用固定音型的小过门，接乐曲的中段，转到近关系调——F大调上。它也是单二部曲式，主题曲调清新，它是由小提琴来演奏的。反复的时候圆号加入，演奏对位旋律。B段主题由低音号、长号演奏，显得雄壮而有气势，小号在里面演奏对位旋律。反复时，加进了短笛、木琴、小钟琴，显得活泼风趣。然后是第一部分再现，接尾声。在尾声里，作曲家用半音阶快速下行滑音，把玩具兵发现小主人醒了，他们惊慌失措地迅速逃回到箱子里的动作描绘得十分生动、逼真，乐曲最后用一个长音结束。
