第三乐章，D大调，回旋曲式。在定音鼓与低音弦乐节奏上，主奏小提琴呈示回旋主题，高八度反复后，主奏小提琴把顽固音型发展成快速音群，经降B大调、G小调，在D大调属七和弦结束回旋主题。第一、二小提琴、大提琴齐奏G小调第一插句，圆号持续D音与弦乐震音将这个上题分化，主奏小提琴以三连音型向前发展，单簧管以强音奏回旋主题动机，引出回旋主题再现。单簧管以D小调再引出第二插句，主奏小提琴以泛音对应，合奏再现回旋主题，主奏小提琴华丽地发展，第二插句缠绕后发展至高潮变为D大调。主奏小提琴以复弦奏跳跃的旋律，小提琴群与中提琴以齐奏反复第一主题节奏动机，圆号与低音弦乐反复节奏尖锐的D音后，华丽地结束。
