第二乐章则充满着浪漫气息，是一个3/4拍的如歌行板，谱的前面创作者特意标上了“浪漫曲”的字样，以降B大调上开始的，SOLO圆号首先奏出达十小节的主题，然后用弦乐、双簧管把这个悠长的旋律重复一遍。第二乐章采用了慢板回旋的曲式――五部的回旋曲式（ABACA），十小节降E大调持续音后，音乐同通常经典音乐一样如期进入了再现部，再现与呈示部几乎一致的音乐，创造出一种活泼、回归的氛围。第二乐章，旋律优美与圆号朦胧音色完美契合，如梦如幻，总会让人联想到唯美的欧洲田园式恬静烂漫的生活，让人沉醉其中不能自拔。
