Don Wilkerson（1932年-1986年7月18日）是一名美国灵魂爵士乐、节奏布鲁斯高音萨克斯手，生于路易斯安那摩洛维尔。他最著名的可能是在20世纪60年代作为乐队队长和吉他手Grant Green合作的由Blue Note Records唱片公司发行的专辑。在和这个唱片公司签约之前，他经常和Cannonball Adderley合作。他的一些早期作品是作为Amos Milburn和Ray Charles的伴唱在20世纪50年代录制完成。
