Minerve歌手简介

In 2002 MINERVE first arrived onto the music scene and were tipped to be the next big thing in Electronic-Pop music. Since then, over the past 6 years, MINERVE have grown and developed to become one of Germany’s leading Electro-Pop bands. Their demos already showed great potential of their talents showcasing harmonies between the decks and the synthetic sounds and loops from keyboarder, MATHIAS THÜRK as well as the delicate and graceful yet powerful voice of their lead vocalist DANIEL WOLLATZ. The sum of all these elements entwine into a dazzling musical atmosphere which Minerve have artistically created. After intensive work in the studio, the band was able to publish their long awaited debut album "Breathing Avenue" in May 2004. As well as receiving excellent reviews from their friends and family, critics have also claimed their album "to be one of the best Electro-Pop albums I’ve heard in a long time / (www.depechemode.de)". This positive feedback has allowed the band to play their first gigs at various concerts and festivals allowing them to support famous bands such as, The Crüxshadows, Psyche and Spektralized. This exposure to the public audience further spread the word of MINERVE to other countries which greatly assisted them to license their debut album in poland, czech and hungary. The outcome of this being the release of two successful singles "High Pitched Emotions" and "Clear" which were both huge hits on the polish music scene. At the same time the band were highly promoted through radio and television which allowed a larger audience to appreciate their music. After their first successful concerts, MINERVE were nominated and awarded a prize in the "Electro Pop 2005" category by the German Rock & Pop Association for their music, further convincing critics of their blooming potential and talent. They not only focused their efforts on concerts (with Melotron and Iris) in germany and poland but played for the first time in the netherlands. The band continued to release new singles in January 2006, the opening being "My Universe" increasing their popularity further, working their way up to the 16th spot in the German Alternative Charts (DAC). Their placement in the charts as well as the quality of the song and remixes from established bands such as Lowe and Iris enabled them to become a stronger presence in the playlists of international Radio- and Scene DJ’s. With the release of their second album "Sensefiction" in April 2006, the band presented themselves in more a professional manner with a stronger lean towards pop. The achievement of a second album evidently led to a larger fan base and more media exposure. With this new found success and popularity came the addition of new members to the band, including keyboardist and background singer ANDREAS WOLLATZ as well as a drummer (which were met with lots of support on stage). The band began their "Sensefiction Tour" in April 2006, in association with the renowned Pluswelt Festival VI, through germany and poland, and for the first time through russia, france, bosnia-herzegovina and slovakia. In May 2007 MINERVE released the remix album "Love Traces" with russian record label Q-Code Records, further exposing them to a new market and more fans in russia. The enormous positive feedback resonated through eastern europe and led to one of the biggest tours in the history of the band. The "Love Traces Tour" travelled through germany, bulgaria, turkey and russia as well as parts of siberia and the ukraine. With the help from the german production team Warp Acht (songwriters, producers and remixers for bands such as Alphaville, Camouflage, Joachim Witt, Hubert Kah or Tokio Hotel) MINERVE took a first step in a new direction with the release of their single "Take Me
