The Depreciation Guild是一支来自纽约布鲁克林的盯鞋摇滚乐队。乐队在2005年由Kurt Feldman和Adrian Hashizume成立。乐队解散前的阵容包括Kurt Feldman和Christoph Hochheim（他之后成为了独立乐队The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart的鼓手以及巡演吉他手），乐队之后加入到打击乐手Anton Hochheim和低音吉他手Raphael Radna的现场表演中。
他们的首发数字专属EP《Nautilus》，由芯片音乐唱片公司8bitpeoples在2006年发布，他们的首张专辑《In Her Gentle Jaws》作为一张独立发布的免费下载专辑在2007年发布。Kanine Records在2009年重组了乐队，并补发了首张专辑的重新灌录版本。全长专辑《Spirit Youth》在2010年中期发布。乐队还为艺术家如Oh No Ono和Chateleine混音。他们的歌曲《Dream About Me》被收入2010年电影《Kaboom》中。
2010年12月，他们在Facebook上声明他们在2011年1月的最终演出结束后解散，原因是在音乐上的分歧。乐队解散后，Kurt Feldman继续作为The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart的成员，并作为Ice Choir开始了个人事业。
2013年8月，Kurt Feldman和Adrian Hashizume为一场在布鲁克林Glasslands Gallery举办的In Her Gentle Jaws表演而重组。
