Celeda（原名：Victoria Sharpe），是一位美国舞蹈音乐歌手兼演员。她出生在伊利诺斯州芝加哥。在上世纪90年代末，她开始在美国热舞俱乐部比赛获得成功，Celeda与DJ制作人Danny Tenaglia共同创作的单曲《Music Is The Answer(Dancin'＆Prancin')》1998年排名十五，1998年9月在英国单曲榜排名三十六。
1999年Celeda通过Twisted Records和葡萄牙的Kaos Records发行了一张完整长度的专辑《This Is It》，这张单曲的精选单曲是由E-Smoove,Danny Tenaglia,Cevin Fisher,Peter Rauhofer和Maurice Joshua等等创作的。发行的单曲是《Messin'with My Mind》(1997年),《Music Is The Answer(Dancin'＆Prancin')》(1998年),《Be Yourself(And No One Else)》、《Burnin'Up》(1999年)。专辑中还含有热门舞曲《Let The Music Use You Up》和《Happy》。
