Mux Mool歌手简介
by Jason Birchmeier
Mux Mool is an IDM producer associated with the Moodgadget label who made his commercial recording debut in 2006. Born Brian Lindgren, he grew up in rural Minnesota and later relocated to Brooklyn, NY, where he befriended Jakub Marek Alexander of the electronic music label Moongadget. Mool made his recording debut in 2006 with the track "Lost and Found" on the Moongadget various-artists compilation The Rorschach Suite. A couple years later he released a couple EPs on Moongadget, Drum EP (2008) and Death 9000 (2008), and was featured on the label compilations No New Enemies, Vol. 1 (2008) and The Synchronicity Suite (2008). Also in 2008 he was featured on the Adult Swim-sponsored Ghostly Swim compilation released by Ghostly International. His inclusion on the free-download compilation, "Night Court," increased his exposure considerably, and he began garnering positive write-ups in mainstream electronic music publications such as XLR8R and Urb, not to mention the blogosphere, where MP3s of his music circulated freely. In 2009 Mool released another EP on Moongadget, Just Saying Is All.
