Robin Guthrie歌手简介
吉他手Robin Guthrie和贝斯手Simon Raymonde于Cocteau Twins解散同年(1997年)成立了一个名为Bella Union的厂牌。很快Robin Guthrie就和同样刚从英国电子乐队Mono离开的Siobhan de Mare组成了一支名为Violet Indiana的乐队，并于2000年在Bella Union发行了首张EP Choke。Violet Indiana的音乐融合了Guthrie招牌式的吉他和De Mare庸懒而自信的嗓音。在2003年，Robin Guthrie推出了首张个人纯器乐专辑Imperial。先把他是否这样就真的能走出Cocteau Twins巨大光圈的怀疑放在一边，3年后，Robin Guthrie推出了第二张个人专辑Continental。2007年推出专辑After the Night Falls和Before the Day Breaks.
