Parliament是一支由乔治·克林顿（George Clinton）于20世纪60年代末成立的一支放克乐队，是他的议会 - Funkadelic集体的一部分。议会不像其姐妹法案Funkadelic那样以摇滚为导向，在他们的作品中借鉴了科幻小说和古怪的表演。该乐队获得了十大热门歌曲，其中包括销售数百万的单曲“ Give up the Funk（Tear the the roof off the Sucker） ”，以及Top 40专辑如Mothership Connection（1975）。
