Mr.Twin Sister，以前名为Twin Sister，是一支来自长岛的美国乐队。他们的音乐别描述为Chill Wave、独立流行、梦幻流行、迪斯科舞曲。他们常被拿来与乐队Cocteau Twins、Portishead做比较。他们在美国和欧洲做了巡回演出，发行了三张EP，两张密纹唱片。
乐队成员有歌手Andrea Estella、键盘手Dev Gupta、贝斯手Gabe D'Amico、吉他手兼主唱Eric Cardona和鼓手Bryan Ujueta。乐队平均是2010年9月。
