Itacyr Bocato founder of Bocato Group played and recorded ELIS REGINA. From this time, he play with RITA LEE, NEY MATOGROSSO, ROBERTO CARLOS, CARLINHOS BROWN, and many others ... 1982 Itacyr Bocato founded ‘Metallurgy band’. This first album is nominated the best record of the year in Brasil ! 1994 He joined first timw with Rafael Lima the Montreux Jazz Festival. (inauguration of the Miles Davis Hall). Followed by the recording of the CD ‘Apui’ of Rafael Lima.
1999 CREATION OF BOCATO GROUP.
Recording of the first album ‘Samba de zamba’. Live at the Montreux Jazz Festival. Acid Samba is the new style from São-Paulo !
