Dinosaur Jr.简介
Dinosaur Jr.（恐龙二世）是美国的一支另类摇滚乐队。乐队1984年成立于马萨诸塞州安姆赫斯特。乐队最初命名为Dinosaur, 最后由于法律纠纷迫使乐队改名，1997年乐队曾一度解散，直到2005年重组。他们凭借独特的声音，大量使用反复和失真，以及J Mascis优美的吉他solo，成为90年代另类摇滚运动中极具影响力的乐队。
乐队介绍
代表专辑《U Are Living All Over Me》1987年“恐龙二世”使“独立摇滚" (Indie-Rock)重新回到了主音吉他时代。他们和同代的“小妖精”(Pixies)一道给80年代末的“另类摇滚“(AI-temativ-e Rock)注人“纯吉他噪音”这股强心剂，“恐龙二世”实际上就是主唱/吉他手J.马西斯(J. Mascis，原名Joseph D. Mascis)用来表现自己的个人乐队，它的发展历史就是马西斯写歌和演奏的历史。马西斯在他的“硬核朋克’ (Hardcore Punk)根源上引入尼尔·杨(NeiYoung)式的简洁写歌方法，并对吉他粉碎性的大音量和回授效果加以巧妙运用，从而形成了自己与众不同的风格。尽管在马西斯的个人主义所产生的副作用下，[1]“恐龙二世”进人90年代的专辑已经没有过去那样具有革命性，但乐队在80年代SST唱片公司时期的作品还是具有相当高度的。
