MINT is Murray Fisher, co-owner of Boltfish recordings. As well as his involvement in the label, he also works as a graphic designer and runs urban clothing label Trickster. His music covers an eclectic range of genres; sometimes orchestral, sometimes jazzy, but always using carefully crafted melody as a common thread. His production and composition for boltfish delves into the style of nursery rhyme tunes accompanied by stuttering beats and atmospheres. Tracks such as 'albert the bull' have garnered widespread praise for just this blend. Both this and 'eskimo hole' feature on Raw42 Music's "Machinations V4.2" (released 31st July 04) MINT collaborates with boltfish co-owner CHEjU. He also produces library music for Gulp and Raw42.
