小理查德（Richard Wayne Penniman），美国摇滚歌手、作曲家。
1950年，开始学习钢琴演奏。1951年，首次以小理查德的艺名亮相舞台，获得了极大的成功。1956年，他推出专辑《Tutti-Frutti》；当年5月，推出歌曲《Long Tall Sally》；同年10月，宣布放弃摇滚，随后转行做了一名牧师。1963年，小理查德曾经与甲壳虫一起在英国巡演。
2020年5月9日，小理查德去世，享年八十七岁。
