约翰·莱斯利“韦斯”蒙哥马利（1923年3月6日- 1968年6月15日）是美国的爵士乐吉他手。蒙哥马利（Montgomery）是20世纪最有影响力的吉他手之一，他以一种不寻常的技巧将拇指的弦拨弦并广泛使用八度音调，这给了他独特的声音。
蒙哥马利经常与他的兄弟Buddy（Charles F.）和Monk（William H.）以及风琴家Melvin Rhyne合作。直到1965年为止，他的唱片都以硬碰头，灵魂爵士乐和后期弹奏为导向，但在1965年左右，他开始录制更多流行音乐器乐专辑，并在主流上取得了成功。他后来的吉他风格影响了爵士乐的融合和流畅的爵士乐。
