简介：  JULIANNE AURORA MANALO known as "Jules Aurora" is a Filipino-American singer and songwriter based in Los Angeles, CA. She is best known for her viral videos on social media as well as her appearances on FOX's “American Idol: Season 10,” as a Hollywood week Finalist, and “The X Factor USA: Season 3,” as a Finalist in the Top 50 girls. She was born in Morristown, New Jersey and started singing at the age of 3. She instantly fell in love with music and would often sing along with her Dad on the piano or on the karaoke machine. Julianne and her family moved to San Diego when she was 10 years old. While growing up in San Diego, she earned principal roles in a number of musical theatre productions; including the starring role of Mulan in "Mulan" at The Lyceum Theatre. In high school, she was a Finalist in the “Globe Honors” musical theatre competition at the internationally-acclaimed, Old Globe Theatre. Julianne continued to hone her talents throughout her adolescent years, and In 2013, she was selected as the opening act for Billboard chart topper, “Macklemore” at the San Diego Open Air Theatre. In the same year, Julianne had the honor of singing the national anthem at the San Diego Padres Petco Park Stadium. In addition to her musical endeavors, Julianne also graduated from San Diego State University and earned a bachelor's degree in communication. In 2014, Julianne moved to Los Angeles in order to take her entertainment career to the next level. There, she performed at a number of notable Hollywood venues such as The Legendary House of Blues, Universal Studios' CityWalk, The Viper Room, The Roxy, and The Troubadour. During her first year in LA, Julianne performed alongside Grammy Award winning artist, Apl.de.ap of The Black Eyed Peas for The Apl.de.ap Foundation's Annual Summer Extravaganza event. Julianne wrote and released her first Pop single entitled, "All In.” She also launched her social media presence by posting weekly covers on her Instagram and YouTube accounts. Since then, she has gained millions of views on her Instagram videos and thousands of followers across her social media accounts.  In 2016, Julianne was given the opportunity to perform and travel abroad as a Featured Singer for Royal Caribbean Productions. She spent 8 months starring as the leading lady in two full-length production shows for the company. In 2018, Julianne released her debut EP "The Silver Lining," which can be found on all digital platforms!
