刘若英、黄立行的《分开旅行》原版《Black Black Heart》演唱者。是一个歌手、作词家和知名的人道主义者。1992 年，David Usher 与吉他手Mark、Keyboard手Kevin组成了「MOIST」 这个另类摇滚乐团。曾在1994 年发行【Silver】专辑，1996 年发行【Creature】专辑以后，他暂别歌坛，直到 1998 年再度现声歌坛，发行他的个人首张专辑【Little Songs】。
