Richard Ramirez

American (openly gay) experimental/harsh noise artist from Houston, Texas (performing since 1989). Founder of Black Leather Jesus, Deadline Recordings, & Dead Audio Tapes. Works in many projects and with collaborators. In the past has worked/collaborated with Kapotte Muziek, The Haters, Merzbow, Richard Rupenus (The New Blockaders/NAG), MSBR, Thurston Moore, Con-Dom, Smell & Quim, Macronympha, Das Synthetische Mischgewebe, Astro, Cock ESP, Guilty Connector, Skin Crime, Government Alpha, Prurient, The Rita, Vomir, and others. He is an "avant-garde" fashion designer (Richard Saenz). Also, Ramirez is his real last name.
